Imagination TV has begun airing on demand over the Comcast network in the Atlanta market.
The Atlanta metro is the ninth-largest media market in the US, with 2.3 million TV homes.
Media and channel distributor SimplyMe has now placed ad-supported Imagination TV shows across a range of on-demand platforms, including Verizon FiOS, XBOX, Comcast Xfinity VOD, DISH Hopper, DISH Network VOD, TiVo, Roku, Apple TV and Verizon Wireless.
"We are quite excited about such a great opportunity to work with Imagination TV and be involved with such a great niche of programming that both cable providers and ad agencies alike see such a promising future financially,” said SimplyMe CEO Krystol Cameron. “With that said, we are poised to launch Imagination TV on a large scale. SimplyMe will also represent Imagination TV to broadcast two-hour weekly Imagination TV blocks across broadcast systems. The hosted block includes shows from Imagination TV built around motivators, producers, educators and authors. Each hosted two-hour block includes Imagination TV productions of UnCommon Denominator, Cooking For Bachelors 101 and Start-Up Stories.
