Today marks the start of the 2016 High Sierra Music Festival being held at Plumas-Sierra Fairgrounds in Quincy, California. If you can’t make it this year’s HSMF, there’s an option to listen live from home or wherever you have an internet connection.
California community radio station KVMR will be broadcasting live sets all weekend long from the fairgrounds. Coverage begins tonight at 8 p.m. PT and continues until 2 a.m. The live broadcast will air on Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2 beginning each day at 2 p.m. and continuing to 2 a.m. The Sunday, July 3 broadcast will take place from 12 p.m. until 2 a.m. the following day.
The full slate of streaming performances has not been confirmed, but KVMR has shared portions of the live broadcast schedule via its Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts. Tonight’s action includes Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Leftover Salmon, Break Science, Scott Pemberton, The Main Squeeze and others.
