Radio platform, Megalectrics Ltd, Owners of Beat, Classic, Naija FM, and Lagos talks radio station, has announced that an exclusive rights deal has been acquired from talk Sport. Bringing Megalectrics onboard as a new broadcast partner in Nigeria, the radio platform will broadcast at least five games each week, continuing Nigeria’s love affair with the Premier League.
Megalectrics, has also recently launched a new talk format radio station, Lagos Talks 91.3FM, which will join the company’s popular music radio portfolio and will be the key driver of EPL live matche.s
As a global audio partner of talkSPORT, Lagos Talks; Beat FM and Classic FM will broadcast official live commentaries from all 380 Premier League matches to listeners in Nigeria. Managing Director, Megalectrics LTD, Chris Ubosi commented on the partnership saying, “Knowing that Football is one factor, which unites Nigerians, we’ll like to reignite that synergy and bring our audience closer to their favourite clubs and players. Earlier in the year, Megalectrics launched its first international radio platform, Beat FM 103.6 London. Lagos talks will be the Sixth in Megalectrics’ radio division.
