TitanTV,Inc.today formally announced its emergence as an independent company. Previously, the company and its portfolio of over 20 products related to signal coverage and reception predictions, programming data and waiver compliance solutions had been a business unit of Broadcast Interactive Media.
Corporate headquarters for TitanTV, Inc. is located in the same office in Cedar Rapids as the company’s sales, support and engineering staffs.
All of the staff members in the Cedar Rapids office prior to the sale are now employees of TitanTV, Inc. This stability allows the company’s client base of over 1,000 US television stations to continue working with the same sales and support people they have trusted for years. Clients will benefit from the staff’s depth of industry and product knowledge as well as its many years of experience of understanding and meeting their customers’ needs.
“Capitalizing on our long history of serving broadcasters, we are focused on creating a growth strategy that builds on that foundation,” stated Mick Rinehart, President, TitanTV, Inc. “We look forward to strengthening our relationships with our valued clients, developing new ones and continuing to find new ways of helping stations perform their tasks more efficiently and economically.“
“Listening to our clients remains our primary path to continued longevity – by evolving our offerings as broadcasters’ needs change,” added Christopher Kelly, CEO, TitanTV, Inc. “As an independent company, TitanTV, Inc. will focus on quality, reliability, and value across our product offerings. This is our renewed commitment.”
