Artist is designed as a powerful matrix platform for intercom and the distribution of analogue and digital audio as well as TCP/IP data signals. This system is easy to configure and provides decentralized system architecture with a redundant dual ring fibre network. It can be easily expanded from 8 to 1,024 ports without trunking, providing a single large, full summing, non blocking distributed matrix. Artist provides AES3 broadcast quality throughout the entire system and extensive interfacing including VoIP and professional mobile radio (conventional & P25/TETRA). To meet the requirements of any budget Riedel offers several choices for high-quality control key panels with 8 character displays.
