Project Overview
The Guangzhou TV and Sightseeing Tower is under construction in the Guangzhou district of China. The tower, once completed, is expected to be 610 metres high. Construction started in 2005 and is expected to be over by 2009 and fully operative before the Asian Games in 2010.


Project Details
The total construction area constitutes of 100,800 square metres and 1.5 billion Yuan or 181 million US dollars have been invested on the project. The interior of the tower is subdivided into programmatic zones with various functions including TV and radio transmission facilities, observatory decks, revolving restaurants, computer gaming, exhibition spaces, conference rooms, shops and 4D cinemas.
